Project Overview
Pride transformed a historic West Philadelphia structure into a modern community branch for JPMorgan Chase. The ground floor was reconfigured into an open community zone with a teller station, secure after-hours ATM vestibule, private offices, and glass-fronted meeting areas. Interior work restored arched ceilings and slate features alongside new ceilings, finishes, millwork, and coordinated security and IT.
Exterior improvements rebuilt the storefront, refreshed the facade with new windows and film, replaced the roof, and added rooftop signage structure. Pride worked with local historical partners to preserve and relocate notable art, honoring the site's legacy while meeting current code and accessibility standards.
