Vare Recreation Center Renovation

Pride served as 2nd-Tier CM with Gilbane Building Company on one of Rebuild Philadelphia's largest investments, exceeding $34 million. The project transformed the existing facility into a modern 18,700-square-foot recreation center featuring a 7,000-square-foot basketball gymnasium, a gymnastics gym, and flexible multipurpose spaces for community programs.

Outdoor improvements include two new basketball courts, a synthetic turf field supported by the NFL Grassroots program, a playground, and outdoor classrooms. The new Vare Recreation Center serves as a community hub offering recreational, educational, and athletic resources for the South Philadelphia neighborhood.
