Project Overview
U1 Residence Hall gives first-year students a modern, sustainable place to live and learn. It anchors the campus at 46th and Woodland Avenue and replaced the former Alexander Wilson Elementary School with a purpose-built residence meeting Two Green Globes new-construction standards from the Green Building Initiative.
Pride oversaw onsite and offsite construction to keep quality, safety, and schedule aligned. The hall supports academic focus, community building, and wellness. Durable finishes and efficient building systems reduce operating costs while improving daily life for residents.
