Project Overview
We’re proud to have partnered with Philadelphia Youth Basketball (PYB) to bring their transformative Empowerment Center to life. Known for blending basketball with youth development and civic engagement, PYB has become a pillar of opportunity for underserved communities across Philadelphia.
Together, we revitalized five existing industrial buildings and constructed a new facility, delivering a 97,975-square-foot state-of-the-art Basketball, Education & Community Empowerment Center.
The completed Sixth Man Center now features six maple-surfaced indoor courts, a synthetic early development court, modern fitness and training rooms, dedicated locker and team spaces, and youth-focused programming areas including classrooms, student workrooms, a Civic Engagement Arena, a Wellness Oasis, and a Financial Literacy Suite. Additional amenities include community meeting spaces, dining areas, and a full range of support facilities.
We’ve built an inclusive community hub that fosters growth, resilience, and leadership among Philadelphia’s next generation.
