Project Overview
Pride transformed two linked campus zones into the new Africology Center for Anti-Racism at Temple University. Work spanned Mazur Hall and the eighth floor of Gladfelter Hall. Gladfelter upgrades covered offices, a kitchenette, and lounge areas with new power, lighting, IT, finishes, millwork, and FFE across roughly 2,000 square feet.
At Mazur, the team executed a 12,000-square-foot multi-level renovation plus a 3,000-square-foot addition with new exterior storefronts, interior partitions, doors and hardware, ceilings, millwork, and coordinated MEP and sprinkler improvements. Former terrace space was reclaimed to increase usable interior area, improving efficiency and circulation.
