Project Overview
Pride renovated Buildings 4A and 4B at the Coatesville VA Medical Center into a new Outpatient Mental Health Clinic aligned with VA design guides, including PACT. The work transformed roughly 28,000 square feet on the first and second floors into clinical space, with 3,000 square feet in the west basement for support functions.
Full demolition with environmental remediation preceded installation of new mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, technology, controls, and life-safety systems. Program spaces include psych and mental health exam rooms, SUD consult, biofeedback, neuro-psych, primary care exam, medication, lactation, therapy, and triage rooms, plus offices, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and a large team collaboration area. Construction was phased to keep the medical center operational.
