Project Overview
In partnership with Gilbane Building Company, Pride played a key role in delivering the Live! Casino & Hotel, a 1.1 million-square-foot entertainment destination in South Philadelphia. The $365 million complex includes a 150,000-square-foot casino with 2,200 slot and electronic gaming machines and more than 150 live-action table games.
The development also features a 208-room upscale hotel with a full-service fitness center, signature dining venues, and over 30,000 square feet of event and entertainment space, plus an adjacent 1,300-car parking facility. Pride held a $36.1 million contract and supervised trade labor across this high-value, fast-track hospitality build.
