Through a strategic partnership with LF Driscoll Company, Pride delivered a 130,000-square-foot life sciences lab building at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The project is part of the PIDC Master Development Plan, a $6 billion initiative with Ensemble/Mosaic to bring 8.9 million square feet of residential, retail, science, and mixed-use space to the waterfront.

The facility supports cutting-edge life sciences research, continuing the Navy Yard's evolution from its two-century military heritage into a hub for innovation, sustainability, and economic growth in South Philadelphia.
