Project Overview
Pride partnered with LF Driscoll to deliver a six-story, 661-space parking garage with 11,882 square feet of ground-floor commercial space at 1001 Intrepid Avenue in the Navy Yard. During early design, Pride led constructability and estimating reviews that kept the project within the owner's budget.
Despite a three-month delay in mobilization, the team developed a recovery schedule that reclaimed nearly all lost time. Pride also managed design changes requested by local utilities, minimizing impact on the overall project timeline.
