Project Overview
Pride delivered a fast-track summer renovation so the recreation center reopened before the fall semester. The team reconfigured reception, offices, and fitness classrooms, then refreshed the entire facility with new partitions, ACT ceilings, resilient flooring, and durable finishes. Custom millwork was fabricated for the front desk and storage, and new glass and glazing improved sightlines and safety.
Building systems were modernized with revised ductwork, new VAVs and unit heaters, balanced for comfort across large open areas. New plumbing fixtures, wiring, lighting, and card readers increased efficiency and security. Work was sequenced around university activities with strict dust and noise control.
