In partnership with Turner Construction and McKissack & McKissack, Pride is building Hobson College at Princeton University. Named after Mellody Hobson, this is Princeton's first residential college named after a Black woman.
The 269,154-square-foot project will provide modern residential facilities with student amenities designed to support a living-learning environment rooted in inclusivity and sustainability. Pride serves as construction manager, ensuring every phase aligns with Princeton's vision for a new standard in educational infrastructure.
