ES & SEAS Complex Construction

Pride is managing 310,000 square feet of this $400 million, tax-exempt, union-built development supporting Princeton's most advanced research and academic programs. The team was brought on during active construction to ensure seamless execution and adherence to exacting standards.

The SEAS complex houses Civil and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical and Biological Engineering, the newly launched Bioengineering group, Data Science, and SEAS administration. It also includes the Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education, maker spaces, advanced research labs, faculty and student workspaces, teaching areas, and collaborative community zones.
