The project scope included in the new 3 story addition consists of site utilities, structural and miscellaneous steel, reinforced concrete foundations, roofing, storm basin, retaining walls, courtyard, stairs, asphalt paving, site lighting, signage, exterior lighting, exterior stair tower, classrooms, offices, carpentry, millwork, drywall, flooring, painting, wall coverings, sprinkler system, spray fireproofing, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

The existing 5 story warehouse, built in 1918 consists of timber restoration, masonry restoration, historical windows, elevator, classrooms, biology labs, offices, conference rooms, dining hall, full cafeteria with kitchen hoods and Ansul system. Architectural finishes for both the addition and existing consist of ceramic and quarry tile, stained and polished concrete.

Pride Enterprises, Inc. teamed with Clemens Construction Company for the construction of the new home of Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School.
