Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School

Pride partnered with Clemens Construction Company to deliver Cristo Rey's new home, a project combining a three-story addition with the restoration of an existing five-story warehouse built in 1918. The addition delivered modern classrooms, offices, and campus infrastructure including site utilities, structural steel, roofing, a courtyard, and a new exterior stair tower.

The warehouse conversion required timber and masonry restoration, historical window preservation, a new elevator, biology labs, conference rooms, a dining hall, and a full cafeteria with kitchen hoods and Ansul system. Finishes across both buildings include ceramic and quarry tile, stained concrete, and polished concrete. The team coordinated renovation and addition activities on a multi-building site while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule.
