Project Overview
Pride upgraded Temple University's Computer Lab 102 into a modern teaching and collaboration space. The slab was trenched to route new power and data to furniture systems, eliminating surface raceways and creating an uncluttered layout. The storefront was relocated to expand the room and improve access.
Finishes include resilient flooring, paint, ceiling modifications, GWB wall furring, fin radiator tubes, and custom benches and millwork. The team coordinated device locations and cabling with the university, architect, and furniture vendor. Existing MEP systems were modified and tested to support new loads.
