Pride and LF Driscoll are delivering the 400,000-square-foot Chapel Block Development at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, a major milestone in the PIDC Master Development Plan. This $210 million project advances the broader Ensemble/Mosaic vision to transform the Navy Yard's waterfront into a premier life sciences and mixed-use district.

The development is designed to attract and house research organizations, technology firms, and collaborative workspace users. It builds on the momentum of previous Navy Yard projects and reflects Pride's growing role in large-scale life sciences construction across the region.
