Pride led the consolidation of CHOP's Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (DCAPBS), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Partial Hospital Programs (PHP) into a single location within the Provident Mutual building at 4601 Market Street.

The renovated space spans over 32,000 square feet: 21,800 square feet tailored for the DCAPBS, 6,365 square feet for the IOP and PHP, and an additional 4,000 square feet for administrative functions. Our team managed the transition from two separate Market Street locations while maintaining continuity of critical pediatric psychiatric services throughout.
