Pride contributed to the redevelopment of The Battery, transforming a historic Philadelphia site into a modern residential and commercial hub. The scope focused on critical utility infrastructure upgrades and extensive site work to support contemporary development demands while preserving historical significance.
Work included demolition of existing structures and utilities with careful preservation of historical areas. Utility upgrades covered water, fire protection, storm drainage, and sanitary systems. Extensive earthwork, excavation, filling, and grading ensured stability and compliance. Historic rail elements were replicated to blend new construction with the site's original character.
