Temple University IBC Student Recreation Center Renovation

Pride Enterprises, Inc. was selected to renovate the University Fitness Center during the summer while students were away. It was imperative the gym was fully functional before the fall semester started as Temple’s student athletes utilize this gym.

The work involved included reconfiguring the reception area, offices & fitness classrooms throughout. All major trades were involved including selective demolition, drywall partitions & ACT ceiling, new flooring and finishes, custom millwork, glass & glazing, lockers, reconfiguring of ductwork with new VAVs and unit heaters, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, new lighting and new card readers.
