Temple University
Computer Lab Renovation
Temple’s Computer Lab Room 102 was completely renovated at the College of Engineering Building. The renovation scope included new flooring, ceiling modifications, GWB wall furring and new finishes. In addition to new finishes, Pride trenched the existing concrete slab to accommodate power & data to run underneath the floor direct to new furniture systems for a sleeker, unobtrusive look to the space. The existing storefront system was relocated to expand the lab space. New fin radiator tubes were installed along the perimeter as well as custom benches and millwork. Lastly, modifications were made to existing MEP systems.
