Management Consulting & IDIQ Contracting
Pride Enterprises, Inc. (PEI) has been active as a management consultant for several years, assisting other firms with the overall management of their organizations as well as the negotiation and administration of construction contracts.
PEI has developed a particular expertise in Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) in the negotiation and administration of such contracts for the Social Security Administration, the United States Property and Fiscal Office, Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Navy.
This contract method greatly streamlines the process allowing the client and the contractor to compare information from the same perspective through the use of RS Means Facilities Cost Data. This approach produced significant cost savings to the client, greatly reducing project set-up and completion costs, while greatly enhancing the spirit of partnership and cooperation between both parties. A more detailed explanation of the advantages of this contract method can be provided upon request.
PEI’s expertise in this form of contracting has resulted in the award of an IDIQ contract with the General Services Administration. This 5-year contract called for a series of renovation projects in the federal courthouses of Camden, Philadelphia and Wilmington, as well as several other GSA managed facilities in the Delaware Valley. PEI has also performed a similar contract with the Delaware Air National Guard for general construction throughout the New Castle, DE base. Most recently we have been awarded a 5 year IDIQ contract for the U.S. Navy.
