Chidiebere Uzoije Vice President Of Construction

Chidi has over 20 years of progressive construction management experience in estimating and management of large scale and multiple projects. Chidi is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) federal contracting estimating expert primarily responsible for the estimation and negotiation of project values. Serving as the firm’s Vice President of Construction at the Norristown office, he supervises the estimating and Project Management Departments from preconstruction phase through project completion and acceptance. Chidi has Profit and Loss responsibilities on all construction projects. He also participates in Marketing and Business Development.

Chidi earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria in Nsukka, EN. He has also obtained his Masters of Science Civil Engineering from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He has experience with numerous estimating and project management systems software including but not limited to Pulsar, Timberline, MC2 and Primavera.

James Boucher Vice President Of Construction - New England Office

James has over 20 years of industry experience in the renovation of existing and construction of new federal, institutional, industrial, and commercial projects. As Vice President of Construction, Jim is primarily responsible for the general management of PEI’s production activities and he also supervises the estimating and project management departments. He is involved in all phases of business including: preconstruction services, estimating, negotiations, and project management.

Jim pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology Construction from Central Connecticut State University.

Gary Houston Sr. Estimator/Dir. Of Pre-Construction

Gary Houston is a skilled construction executive with solid experience in pre-construction and cost estimation whether specification or conceptual estimating. He carries with him 20+ years of overall construction experience. Gary has worked on projects that range from to $100k to $50M and has a vast understanding of various parts of the construction process from estimating to project management and completion. He is in charge of the estimating department which responsibilities include overseeing the entire estimating process, collaborating with building owners to develop strategic architectural plans for projects, soliciting and negotiating subcontractor bids.

Valerie Dibenedetto Controller

Valerie Dibenedetto earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from Biola University in La Mirada, California. Valerie’s primary responsibility at PEI is preparing the quarterly financial statements. She is also responsible for maintaining job cost data on all projects and developing and maintaining all budgets.

Kelli Morales Human Resources and Office Manager

Kelli’s primary responsibility at PEI is to provide administrative support to every department. She is responsible for overseeing Payroll as well as maintaining Account Receivables and Account Payables. Overall, Kelli ensures the easy operation of the office and is proficient in Windows O/S, Microsoft Office Package and Timberline. She also holds Human Resources responsibilities and is the HR Director.
