James Boucher

James Boucher has 20 years of industry experience in the renovation of existing and construction of new federal, institutional, industrial, and commercial projects. He is primarily responsible for the general management of PEI’s production activities and he also supervises the estimating and project management departments. He is involved in all phases of business including: preconstruction services, estimating, negotiations, and project management.

Jim pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology Construction from Central Connecticut State University.
