New Construction Contract TFI Information Operations Squadron Facility
PEI completed a $3 million construction of a new building sizing roughly 9,000 square feet for the Delaware Air National Guard, in New Castle, Delaware. This Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) of the highest degree, Tempest, utilizes modern security measures put in place during all phases of the construction process. This project also features a geothermal heating and vent system. All major trades were included from site work, concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, doors, windows, window hardware, finishes, specialties, equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electric and telecommunications.
